If you're a Fall 2012, Spring 2013, or Summer 2013 graduate, you're eligible to participate in the Spring 2013 Communication Studies Graduation Ceremony!

Cost to Participate

$50 early registration (cash payment received in HGH 108 April 8, 9am - April 24, 4pm)
OR
$65 late registration (cash payment received in HGH 108 April 25, 9am - May 9, 4pm)

What You Get

• 4 guest tickets to the ceremony
• photo and personal message in the graduation slideshow
• a walk across the stage!
• copy of the ceremony slideshow
• reception following the ceremony

How to Register

Download, complete, print out, sign, and submit your Registration Form (interactive PDF) and cash payment to HGH 108 by the dates noted above.

Graduation Slideshow

After you've registered for the graduation ceremony, submit materials to sjsucomm2013@gmail.com by Thursday, May 9.

For the graduation slideshow, send a photo and message of no more than 140 characters (including your name, text, and spaces) to sjsucomm2013@gmail.com by Thursday, May 9. Title your photo Your last name_photo.jpg as with Smith_photo.jpg. Include your last name in the subject line of the email.

Additional Tickets

You may purchase up to 4 additional tickets ($10/each; cash only) when you register for the ceremony. If there are extra tickets available, you'll be able to purchase as many as you need starting May 13 until they're sold out. 

Regalia for the Ceremony

Graduating students must wear the appropriate SJSU-approved academic regalia. Purchase your bachelor's regalia (cap, gown, tassel) and master's regalia (cap, gown, hood & tassel) at the Spartan Bookstore Graduation Center (opens April 9; 408-924-1828). The tassel color for the College of Social Sciences is cream. Purchase by April 30. Don't wait until the last minute!
