The Communication Studies Department Graduate Committee generally meets once each month. Check the schedule below to determine when you need to submit Plan A, Plan B1, and Plan B2 materials for review. Proposals should be carefully edited and well organized. All proposals should include a list of completed course work (along with the instructor for each course and the grade received in each class). Make four (4) paper copies of all materials for review and submit to the Graduate Coordinator, Dr. Kathleen McConnell, during her office hours OR send one (1) electronic copy to Dr. McConnell at kathleen.mcconnell@sjsu.edu.
