It's great to be a Spartan! Attend one of our many Homecoming events to reconnect with friends, celebrate everything that’s new and get excited about our bright future. Events begin Oct. 6 with Classes Without Quizzes and end Oct. 13 with the game against Utah State. There’s something fun for everyone, and it’s all right here at San Jose State!

Beginning Oct. 1, all 23 CSU campuses including SJSU will begin accepting applications for fall 2013 admissions. A spectucular fall admissions brochure features real students sharing “why I’m happy I chose SJSU.”

As San Jose State embarks on reinventing the classroom experience through its Next Generation initiative, our new Associate Vice President and Senior Academic Technology Officer Catheryn Cheal talks about her passion and vision for the field.

An estimated 2,500 students visited the Sept. 27 event, which drew so many employers that their booths spilled out of the Event Center and onto the San Carlos paseo, where they met with students under sunny skies.
