SJSU Business Stationery

Beginning September 2016, you may order official SJSU business stationery online through Medius Corp.

NOTE: The Officemax portal was retired on September 14, 2016.

To place an order:

  1. Go to the Medius online portal, or get started by watching a tutorial video on placing an order.
  2. For new users, enter your login (your SJSU email address) and  select "log in to your account" to create a new password. For existing users, enter your SJSU email address and the password you have already created. NOTE: You will not be able to create a password if you do not have an account. Need an account? Request a new account now.
  3. After you have logged in, select a category from the menu on the left side of the page and then select the item you'd like to order. 
  4. Select your desired quantity and turnaround time. Fill out any additional information required, including any additional notes and instructions for the vendor, then click "customize template" button.
  5. Follow the instructions and customize the required fields. Preview, and save your order to navigate to the check-out menu.  
  6. Review the items in your cart and use the check-out button to finalize your order. Select your delivery options, and fill out the billing and shipping information.
