About University ComputingThe University Computing Systems department of University Computing and Telecommunications (UCAT) provides server related Lotus Notes/Domino, NT, Unix, and Linux services. We service the staff, faculty and students of San José State University. We collaborate with the UCAT Network and Telecommunications departments to provide campus-wide services and serve as 2nd level support to the campus helpdesk. In addition, we provide server management services, central backup and hosting (NT, Unix, Linux), Campus Lotus Notes/Domino services (Administration, e-mail, calendaring, 3rd party Domino groupware extensions, and custom Lotus Workflow application development). Many of our service requests are automated via our One-Stop Service page. |
