University Computing :: Campus E-mail & Lotus Notes

UCAT University Computing Systems provides all faculty and staff with Lotus Notes accounts and their official campus e-mail address. Lotus Notes Domino is an e-mail system and much more. It also offers:

  • calendaring
  • scheduling
  • groupware
  • teamrooms and electronic document libraries
  • electronic surveys and automated survey reporting
  • key word searches of all Notes databases, including e-mail, journal notes and calendars
  • synchronization with palm-compatible and pocket PC devices
  • desktop videoconferencing and whiteboard capabilities (Windows systems only)

Training:

Training for Lotus Notes is regularly available. Courses are provided by University Computing. The class schedule is published in the calendar of events in cooperation with the Center for Faculty and Staff Development. Online training is also available.
