University Computing :: DistributionsThere are two main distribution tools based on the type of distribution you need:
Large Automated Distributions: Campus Communications SystemDo you need to send a distribution to any of the following groups?
The Campus Communications system allows you to send large distributions as easily as sending an e-mail. You can even schedule the distributions for a later delivery. Simply fill in the on-line form, choose the distribution and the e-mail is sent. The distributions are updated daily. So, your message always goes out to the latest list of members. If you send to a very large distribution, any required approvals are automatically routed by the system. This system is available to all employees. Simply use the bookmark in your Lotus Notes e-mail software to access the form. Helpful usage instructions are included in the Campus Communications system. If you would like assistance with the Campus Communications system or with Lotus Notes e-mail software, please contact your local desktop support or the University Help Desk.
