Welcome to our “One-Stop” for requesting services from
the UCAT University Computing Systems department. Each service below
contains a short description. Click on the link to

Staff and Faculty Solutions
- SJSUOne Account Activation. Use this account for wireless network access, Campus Directory login, DHCP registration, and other services.
- Staff/Faculty
Campus E-Mail. All employees receive an official campus e-mail address automatically.
- GWI Helpdesk * Use GWI Helpdesk to track support calls in your own department or to report problems to UCAT .
- Individual Calendars: Included with campus e-mail when using Lotus Notes software.
- Departmental Calendar. Departments can consolidate their individual calendars to share information & schedule department events.

- Beginning and Advanced end-user training for campus e-mail and Lotus Notes is available.

- Training Courses are published in the Events Calendar in cooperation with the Center for Faculty/Staff development
