Proposal

Objective: To effectively and clearly write a well-organized flawless persuasive grant proposal that would educate the reader of a specific need and convince the reader to fund a project or implement a program based on a Request for Proposal (RFP). The proposal is written in a professional scientific voice and targets a multi-level audience in the professional industry sector.

Assignment Goals (purpose): Upon completion of this assignment, students will be able to:

• Prepare a grant proposal that is free of any typographical, grammatical, and/or other copy errors acceptable to a corporate CEO, CFO, CIO, and/or foundation and corporate donors.
• Create a budget and estimate the cost of proposed project.
• Have an overall goal and determine a project schedule
• Determine funding source reviewer needs and goals.
