Enterprise Support Engineer

GitHub is looking for full-time support engineers to help with our on-premise GitHub Enterprise product. You don’t need to be a git expert, but you do need to have technical experience including familiarity with some flavor of virtual machines (e.g., VMware ESX, Xen, KVM, etc), some experience working with and troubleshooting linux servers (experience with server automation systems like Chef or Puppet is a plus), and need to be comfortable working closely with developers and looking at code (Ruby experience is a big plus).

What Is GitHub?

GitHub is the best place to share code with friends, co-workers, classmates, and complete strangers. Over two million people use GitHub to build amazing things together.

With the collaborative features of GitHub.com, our desktop and mobile apps, and GitHub Enterprise, it has never been easier for individuals and teams to write better code, faster.

Originally founded by Tom Preston-Werner, Chris Wanstrath, and PJ Hyett to simplify sharing code, GitHub has grown into the largest code host in the world.
