| Lawrence Quill earned a PhD in Political Theory from
the University of Essex, U.K in 2000. He was a contributor to both the Routledge
Encyclopedia of Democratic Thought (London:2001) and The Routledge Encyclopedia
of British Culture (London:2003). He is the author, most recently, of Liberty
after Liberalism (London, Macmillan,2006). His current research focuses
on theories of civil disobedience. |
