Ken Nuger joined the faculty in 1987. He earned his Ph.D. from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Professor Nuger has a laid-back manner but is very intense when discussing class material. His classes stress critical thinking and debate of lecture material. Ken specializes in American Government, with an emphasis on the judiciary and civil liberties, and in public administration, with an emphasis on administrative law. His current research focuses on constitutional theory, privacy issues and the supreme court.
