Publication Permission Policy and Fees
In most cases, the Beethoven Center holds copyright to the images it produces of the Center's collection. Written permission and payment of a fee is required for publication of these images. Permission is granted for one time, one edition, one publication, one broadcast, one digital press run, or one website use only. Further use requires separate application.
All publications must include the following credit statement for each image reproduced from the Center's collection:
"Reproduced with permission of the Ira F. Brilliant Center for Beethoven Studies, San Jose State University"
