Born in 1967 in Beirut, Lebanon, Frank immigrated to the US in 1978 with his family. He began college as a mechanical engineering student and later switched majors to music composition, studying with Dr. Pablo Furman. Frank does not consider himself so much a musician as a human being expressing ideas and emotions through music, as a therapeutic outlet for enduring several years of the civil war that dessimated his country. For him, as for most composers, music was a calling.

Frank is the founder and Creative Director of killthesilence, Inc. The company creates and licenses original music and sound primarily for use in new media such as the web, digital video, CD Rom, embeded technologies, and other multimedia. killthesilence is highly recognized as one of the leading resources on the web for audio, providing music to companies all over the globe. killthesilence works with roughly 10 contract musicians and currently has partnerships and marketing alliances with Adobe, Apple, Corbis, GettyOne, and Macromedia. Recent clients include agencies, designers and corporations such Carlson Marketing Group, Cisco Systems, Digitas, Estee Lauder, GE, Scudder Investments, USC and many others.
