STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS -- Two environmental engineering students in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering were recently awarded scholarships by the California Water Environment Association. The students, Michelle Wu (graduate category) and Timothy Sellard (undergraduate category) have been active leaders in the Water Environment Engineering Organization, an SJSU student organization advised by Professor Udeme J.
