Medical insurance

International Students must have approved medical insurance before registering for classes each semester.  The University offers a comprehensive low cost insurance program that includes coverage for accidental injury/sickness, medical evacuation, and repatriation and is also valid when traveling outside the United States.  The University approved health insurance can be purchased on-line (at www.csuhealthlink.com) with credit card payment before arrival.  This will facilitate timely enrollment in classes prior to the end of pre-registration.  Please note that most "travel insurance" plans are not acceptable.

International Students will not be able to register for classes without a health insurance.
F-1 students with dependents are encouraged to also provide health insurance for their dependents.
