Directions: Today there is quite a discussion about the benefits and challenges of distance education. Write a short (1 to 3 page) essay in which you use the material you learned in the textbook, knowledge you gained by research the topic on the web, and your personal knowledge to compare the two. How are traditional and distance education alike? How are they different? Is one better than the other in certain situtations? all situations? Explain your answer(s).
