Worksheet #5.a- Using Presentation Software

Directions: Apply what you have learned by using presentation software - Power Point or similar products.

Constraints: You are to construct a Power Point presentation, suitable for adult learners, that demonstrates the use of a key drive (also called a USB key drive or a cigar drive or a flash memory drive). Your Power Point it to contain a minimum of 5 slides (one of which may be the title slide). Additionally, your presentation is to include the three images of UDB key drives shown below.

Slide or Image	Brief Description (Note: To down load the image, hold down your mouse on the image and direct it onto your desktop)
	This is an image of a key drive on a key chain. The purpose of this image is to show the device to the user and to show them the relative size of the object.
	Here is another image of a key drive, suitable for insertion into your Power Point presentation.
	This is an image of a USB key drive being inserted into a computer. It shows the correct positioning of the key drive relative to the machine.

Product for Portfolio: When you are done, print your Power Point presentation as a .pdf or Acrobat file and place it in your portfolio as evidence that you are familiar with presentation software.
