Certificate Program
About
the Program
The Multimedia Certificate Program provides theory and practical
multimedia skills for instructional designers and multimedia production
personnel in industry and in education. Each course carries three
units of academic credit. Up to 6 units may be used toward a Master's
Degree in Instructional Technology. The Master's program develops
competence and leadership skills in instructional design and courseware
production. Its mission is to improve learning and teaching through
the coordinated use of human resources, instructional materials,
and interactive technologies.
Prerequisites:
Computer literacy (word processing and at least one other application
such as computer graphics, spreadsheet, or database program).
