Minor Program

The Jewish Studies Program offers two tracks toward an interdisciplinary minor degree. For thirty-five years, SJSU has offered a minor degree in Jewish Culture, Language, and History. Beginning this spring, we will additionally offer a minor degree in Israel Studies.

Please download the Jewish Studies Minor form, fill it out, and make an appointment with the Jewish Studies Coordinator to complete your application process. At that time you may discuss what will likely be the requirements for the Israel Studies track.

Non-matriculating students: Many SJSU courses are open to community members. Please enroll in Jewish Studies courses through Open University or the Over-60 Program .
