Industrial Design Study Abroad

Students majoring in Industrial Design have the chance to participate in our study abroad programs. This is a great opportunity to see the world and gain diverse experiences. Typically students attend one semester at a partner school during the fall semester of their third year in the program. Study abroad courses equate to 12 units of transfer courses that count towards major requirements. Tuition costs are the same as spending a semester at SJSU except for cost of transport to and from the country of study and the difference in the cost of living.

Partnering Institutions

  • France: École nationale supérieure de création industrielle (ENSCI)
  • Germany: Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd
  • Costa Rica: Universidad Veritas
