Part-Time Lecturer: Graphic Design

Minimum Qualifications: MFA in Graphic Design or five+ years of professional design experience. Teaching experience in design or design-related courses is required. 

Brief Description of Duties: The successful candidates will have a demonstrated familiarity and ability to teach graphic design fundamentals as well as problem solving through a solid foundation in visual, analytical, and communication skills. The candidates must exhibit an understanding of design within historical, socio-cultural, economic and technological contexts and demonstrate a command of image making and visual exploration using both traditional media and current computer-aided design tools. Candidates should be able to teach studio and/or lecture courses that might include visual methods/processes, design visualization, typography, and other design foundation topics at the undergraduate level.

Eligibility: Employment is contingent upon proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
