You are welcome to submit an iSupport ticket with eCampus if there are any technical issues that arise. Tickets are responded to in the order that we receive it and we do our best to handle each iSupport ticket as quickly as possible. Be sure to include specific information such as:
- Course and course number of the class(es) you are enrolled in
- Contact phone number
- Tower Card number

The System Status page was created by the Information Technology Services department to give users the ability to view upcoming maintenance and status of major systems on campus.
Before enrolling in an online course, you should first assess your readiness for stepping into the online learning environment. Complete a brief online learning readiness survey to help determine what you need to do to succeed at online learning.
