Professional Administrative Services Program (Tier 2)

• requires students to earn 24 units of credit over two semesters
  
  
• expects application of knowledge to practice through peer coaching, mentoring, and an action research approach to learning
  
  
• requires the student, university advisor, and school district mentor to collaboratively develop a Professional Development Plan for each student
  
  
• requires the student to complete 120 hours of approved professional development activities consistent with the goals of the Professional Development Plan
