Admission RequirementsA. Main Admission Requirements: These are three absolute requirements that you must fulfill in order to apply to the program. Your application will not be accepted if you fail to fulfill these three requirements. B. Requirements Mandated by the State of California: The requirements above should be satisfied before entering the program. Please note that you will only be provisionally admitted for the first semester if you have not fulfilled the requirements above. Subject Matter Competence and Instructional Technology must be satisfied by the end of the first semester to clear admission into the program and to avoid a hold on your registration. You will not be able to register for classes until you show proof of satisfying these two requirements. NOTE: Candidates applying to an internship program option may need to have Subject Competence satisfied earlier. Check with program coordinator. C. Other Requirements: The requirements listed above may be satisfied before entering the Credential Program. Please note that you will need to complete all the requirements above before completing the program. NOTE: Candidates applying to an internship program option may need to have U.S. Constitution and Certificate of Clearance completed earlier. Check with program coordinator.
