How to Apply

Combined Multiple Subject Credential/MA Program:

1. Attend a Group Advisement Session through by the Elementary Education Department.
2. Schedule an individual advisement meeting with the Director of Admissions and Advisement in the Elementary Education Department.
3. Schedule an interview with Kristeen Pemberton to discuss your qualifications and interest in becoming a Credential/MA candidate in the Academy.

MA Only Program :

1. Schedule an interview with Kristeen Pemberton to discuss your qualifications and interest in becoming an MA only candidate in the Academy.
2. Submit an MA application including essay, 3 letters of recommendation, & transcripts to MA Office in SH 303 before deadline.
3. Submit the online graduate university application to SJSU at: www.csumentor.edu.
