Academic Advising Syllabus

For all EOP students:

Effective 2/3/2012, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors will be allowed to substitute a Career Readiness workshop in place of a Financial Education workshop.

Class level is defined as:

• Freshmen 0-29.5 units earned
• Sophomore 30-59.5 units earned
• Junior 60-89.5 units earned
• Senior 90+ units earned

Remedial Students (ELM and EPT requirements not met)

• First Time Freshmen
• Probation First Time Freshmen
• Pre Probation First Time Freshmen

Students in Good Standing (SJSU cum GPA =2.301 - 4.000)

• First Time Freshmen
• Continuing Freshmen
• Sophomores
• Juniors
• Seniors

Students on Pre-probation (SJSU cum GPA = 2.000 - 2.300)

• First Time Freshmen
• Continuing Freshmen
• Sophomores
• Juniors
• Seniors

Students on Probation (SJSU cum GPA = 0-1.999)
