Intel's Julie Dunkle speaks at EYH 2009
The 2009 Expanding Your Horizons Conference was held on March 14th. The conference started with Got Math-Why me?, mathematical explorations led by Julie Dunkle, Intel Corporation's U.S. Education Project Manager. Over four hundred students, teachers and parents attended the conference. Naeema Kaleem won our Top 5 contest, Viviana Padilla won our Pi-ku contest and Maja Josyula knew 152 digits of Pi. Wow! Math can be fun. We would like to thank all our sponsors, workshop leaders, volunteers, and participants for making our conference such a success.
