• Coaching Cycle (specific lesson) *Two for 143A and about 4 for 143B-Two to be done during the solo weeks, which are usually done non-consequetively even though the Field Guide recommends this. I like to see a solo week prior to the Mid-Term, and then one at the end. This gives time to process the learning experience.
