The Fifth International Conference on Corporate Earthquake Programs is the successor to the First, Second, Third, and Forth US-Japan Conferences on Corporate Earthquake Programs, which were held at San Jose State University (1991), Tokyo Metropolitan University (1993) and San Jose State University (1996), Shizuoka, Japan (1998)  respectively.
