Japanese Language Placement Test Form A ���{���v���C�X�����g�e�X�g

INSTRUCTIONS:

  •  Obtain a blank answer sheet from a Japanese instructor.
  • Mark the correct answers (100 items), then return the answer sheet to the instructor or the secretary.
  • This test contains 100 items. Those items are divided into: a) VOCABULARY, b) TRANSITION WORDS / COHESION c) MODIFIED CLOZE-MULTIPLE, d) LOCATING GRAMMAR ERRORS / Particle, Phrases, Words, e) READING COMPREHENSION, f) KATAKANA, g) TRANSLATION: From Japanese to English, h) MODIFIED CLOZE.
  • Each problem in the test has only one best answer. Make only one mark on your answer sheet for each problem. If you want to change an answer, erase the old mark completely and darken your new answer.
  • Try to answer all the problems. Each problem counts the same.
  • You will have 1.5 hours to finish the entire test. Do not spend too much time on any one problem or you will not have time to finish the test. If you do not know the answer to a problem, you should make a reasonable guess. Unanswered problems will be counted as wrong.
  • Continue working until you have finished the test.
