Fee Proposal Deadlines

In order to allow adequate time for a fee proposal to be reviewed and implemented, the following submission deadlines has been established:

For Category II and III fees:

• 5 months ahead of the advanced registration date, e.g.;
  • Fall - January 15 (advanced registration is usually 1^st week in June)
  • Spring - June 15 (advanced registration is usually 1^st week in November)

For all other fee categories, including Special Session:

• 3 months in advance of effective date (example: Proposal for fee effective October 1 must be submitted July 1)
