Mail

Distribution Services processes incoming and outgoing United States Postal Service mail and provides campus mail pick-up and deliveries.

Our goal is to provide service that is courteous, economical and efficient.

Personal Mail

Distribution Services dock is intended for SJSU business commerce, and items related to the function of SJSU only. Personal mail (inbound and outbound) is not allowed. SJSU will not be held responsible for loss or damage which may be incurred to personal mail.

Delivery Address

Mail should be properly addressed to ensure a timely delivery.

To avoid delays in delivery, make sure the SJSU Faculty & Staff Directory reflects your correct location and contact information. If you move, notify applicable vendors of your address change.

Intercampus Mail

We provide in-house distribution of mail sent by SJSU departments, staff, student organizations and approved SJSU programs. All intercampus mail must be addressed with department name and extended zip code.  Folded materials are acceptable as long as there is a department return address.

Off-Campus Mail Pickup & Delivery 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Special Pickup 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Late Run Pickup (Designated areas only) 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
