Finance uses various ListServs and email bulletins to advise the campus community of important finance news. University staff and faculty are encouraged to subscribe.
Used to communicate information related to Procurement, Accounts Payable, the Finance Web Component, the Financial Data Warehouse, Accounting and all other financial information (LCD will be covered by the CMS HR Information ListServ).
Used to communicate information related to Custom HR Reports including the Active Position List, Employee Profile and LCD reports, Temporary Faculty, Recruitment (employees), Labor Cost Distribution (LCD) and all other HR information.
Used to communicate information related to Student Recruitment, Admissions, Student Records, Financial Aid & Scholarships, Student Financials and all other Student Administration information. Also used to notify faculty and staff of system downtime and other important system updates.
Used to share questions, problems and solutions with other users of the SADW and BRIO.
Used to communicate information related to CMS training classes. Includes Human Resources, Finance and Student Administration classes.
Used to disseminate accounting and budget information from the Accounting & Finance Systems department and the University Budget Office to all interested persons on campus. This information will include both recurring messages (e.g., notification of month-end and year-end closings) and special one-time messages and notices.
Used to communicate news from or pertaining to Procurement and Support Services.
Note: These ListServs are to be used by departments within Finance to communicate a variety of information to the end-user community. They are not to be used for discussion and therefore, only the owners of the lists can post messages.
