Year-End Deadlines CalendarThe university is required to submit year-end reports to the State Controller's Office and the Chancellor's Office by the middle of July. Deadlines are put in place to allow enough time to process all the changes, invoices and accounting entries needed to close the fiscal year by this date. It is imperative that our campus meet these dates and close the fiscal year on time. In order to do this, we need your assistance in meeting and honoring the deadlines posted on the Year-End Calendar. We regret that we will be unable to process any request after its designated deadline. Note: Calendars are in PDF format, which require the free Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing. |
