Terms and Conditions
The Esther Pereyra Suárez Scholarship is established as an annual scholarship covering part of your fees ($500 Fall 2009 and $500 Spring 2010). The criteria to be used by the Foreign Languages Department in awarding scholarships are as follows:

• Applicants will be nominated and selected by faculty of the Foreign Languages Department.
• Applicants must be fully matriculated students majoring in Spanish or French and currently enrolled in the French or Spanish programs.
• Applicants must be seniors or graduate students in the semesters they receive the scholarship and must have an overall G.P.A. of at least 3.5 and a major G.P.A. of 3.75. Preference is given to students pursuing a graduate degree.

Application Procedure
Applications are available Monday, August 24, 2009 in CL421.
Completed applications due September 29, 2009, to the attention of Dr. van Hooff, Department Chair.
