The Graduate Admissions and Program Evaluations Office is in the Student Services
Center, located on the corner of Ninth Street and San Fernando Street in downtown
San Jose. The Student Service Center is also home to other offices such as the Registar's
Office, Bursar's Office, Financial Aid, and Academic Services.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday: 8:15am-4:45pm
Friday: 9am-4:30pm
Saturday-Sunday and National/State Holidays: Closed
Our front desk is open during business hours (including lunch hour) to help with student inquiries and document certification (if applicable to your country). No appointment is necessary. However, if you wish to speak to an evaluator or data specialist, please contact them directly prior to visiting the office, as their availability may be limited.

Prospective Students: Most answers to your general questions can be found under our Prospective Students section. For your admission status please check My SJSU. However, if you find that you still have questions, please feel free to email/call the data specialist listed below for questions on completing your application (i.e. documents needed, transcripts) and residency. Contact your evaluator with specific questions on your admission classification or transcript evaluation. Please include your student id, if one has been assigned, for faster service and allow some turnaround time to get a response. Emails are generally replied within 48 hours. However, some questions may be forwarded for specialists to reply and may take longer to answer.

However, if you find that you still have questions, please feel free to email/call your evaluator with specific questions on candidacy or graduation.
