The Graduate Admissions and Program Evaluations Office is in the Student Services Center, which sits at the corner of 9th and San Fernando Streets on the north portion of SJSU campus in downtown San José.
The Student Services Center (SSC) is also home to other offices, including the Registrar's, Bursar's, Financial Aid and Scholarship, and Academic Advising and Retention Services.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday 8:15am - 4:45pm
9am - 4:30pm
On Saturday, Sunday, and most national and state holidays we are closed.
Our front desk is open during business hours (including lunch hour) to help with student inquiries and document certification (if applicable to your country).
No appointment is necessary. However, if you wish to speak to an evaluator or data specialist, please contact them directly prior to visiting the office, as their availability may be limited.
Enrollment Services will be closed to the public on the following Fridays to focus on departmental processing:

Please note, July 4th is a holiday and all offices will be closed.
If you need to drop off documents for Enrollment Services during an office closure, please use the drop box located in front of the Student Services Center.

Prospective Students: Most answers to your general questions can be found under our Prospective Students section. For your admission status please check My SJSU. However, if you find that you still have questions, please feel free to email/call the data specialist listed below for questions on completing your application (i.e. documents needed, transcripts) and residency. Contact your evaluator with specific questions on your admission classification or transcript evaluation. Please include your student id, if one has been assigned, for faster service and allow some turnaround time to get a response. Emails are generally replied within 48 hours. However, some questions may be forwarded for specialists to reply and may take longer to answer.
