Contact your evaluator with specific questions on your admission classification or transcript evaluation. The Graduate Admissions and Program Evaluations Office is in the Student Services Center, located on the corner of Ninth Street and San Fernando Street in downtown San Jose. The Student Service Center is also home to other offices such as the Registar's Office, Bursar's Office, Financial Aid, and Academic Services.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5pm
Friday: 9am-4:30pm
Saturday-Sunday and National/State Holidays: Closed
Our front desk is open during business hours (including lunch hour) to help with student inquiries and document certification (if applicable to your country). No appointment is necessary. However, if you wish to speak to an evaluator or data specialist, please contact them directly prior to visiting the office, as their availability may be limited.
