Voter Eligibility
To participate in elections you must be a matriculated SJSU student who has paid the most current A.S. Activities Fee. Continuing Education or Open University students are ineligible to vote. Two methods for voting have been implemented: at polling locations or online.

voter Info guide error apology
It has come to our attention that our Voter Information Guides broke a rule. We listed SJSU Athletics as a valid endorsement, which it is not. In light of the regulation that endorsements only come from student organizations and not faculty or staff, we are editing as many Voter Guides as we can get our hands on. Thank you for your patience and we sincerely apologize for the oversight in compiling the Voter Information Guide.
