As a result of attending the Circle of Change Regional Conference...
- Emerging leaders will learn how to discover their talent, passion, values, personality type, vision, and purpose as a leader.
- Emerging leaders will not only develop a solid working definition of character, but they will discover the type of character they must possess in order to make their vision and purpose a reality.
- Emerging leaders will learn about the leadership and professional skills they must begin developing in school right now in order to position themselves for career leadership success after graduation.
- Emerging leaders will learn how to activate the resilience and courage from within to overcome various challenges and obstacles they will have to face as leaders in the 21st Century.

Who/What is Circle of Change?
The Circle of Change Leadership Experience impacts the lives of student leaders through the use of dynamic keynote speakers, scholarly workshop sessions on leadership development, and paneled sessions with seasoned executives who provide expert advice and real-world leadership experience from more than 70 different Fortune 500 companies. In addition to these powerful leadership experiences mentioned above, emerging and seasoned leaders also engage in reflection, assessment, and group activities with trained student affair professionals, networking opportunities with students and executives passionate about leadership, and an impactful Service Project that teaches the importance of service, social responsibility, and civic engagement. - Who can attend?
The Circle of Change Leadership Conference is open to SJSU undergraduate students and students from neighboring campuses. Registration for SJSU students is free. Registration for non-SJSU students is $25. Due to space capacity, the participant maximum is 200 students. Register early! Again, SJSU students can register by clicking here. Non-SJSU students can submit payment by clicking here and an email will follow to complete registration.
Am I required to be present the whole time?
Yes, attendees are required to be present for the entire conference in order to receive their completion certificate at the end.
Do I have to be involved in a student organization on campus to attend?
No, you do not have to be involved in a student organization to attend. This conference is designed for students who aren't quite sure about getting involved yet, don't know exactly what to get involved with, who want to learn about their own leadership style, and/or who want to use their leadership for great things ahead.
Are meals provided?
Yes, a continental breakfast will be available during registration along with lunch during facilitation group sessions. Snacks will also be available in the afternoon.
