A huge part of the success of this conference depends on our volunteers!

This conference is great opportunity to have more than just your one representative attending! We highly suggest that they volunteer for us! They will see the conference from another perspective; get to attend some of the sessions, get to be involved, and will be provided with a free lunch (and all day and morning volunteers will receive lunch and breakfast). The more people to go through this leadership training from your organization, the better!

Please note, volunteers do not count as your mandatory member attending the conference.

Volunteers may be asked to help with the student organization’s and/or presenter’s check-in process, help set up rooms, help pass out lunch, place stickers on student’s tracking cards, help clean up, etc. We ask volunteers sign up for either the morning shift (7 a.m.–11 a.m.) or the afternoon shift (10 a.m.–2 p.m.), or stay the whole day. This opportunity is open to all students! A huge part of the success of the conference depends on our volunteers! We would love to have your organization involved.
