Target Night
10:30pm-12:30am, Target on Coleman Avenue - Shuttles depart from Housing

Join us for a late-night shopping event at Target just for SJSU students. Free shuttles to and from Target, giveaways, prizes, and entertainment.

Tuesday, August 21

Fall Welcome Days Kick-Off
3:00-5:00pm

This is the event that kicks off the Fall semester. It is away for incoming students to meet new people and be introduced to different department and organization. Come join the fun with free food, attractions, games, and live performances.

Wednesday, August 22

Welcome Hour - Department of Nutrition, Food Science & Packaging

We welcome students in the Nutrition, Food Science and Packaging Department to join us for some refreshments as well as an opportunity to meet the student organization officers and faculty and staff.  

EOP Garage Sale & Welcome Back BBQ

The EOP Garage Sale and Welcome Back BBQ is a chance for EOP students to grab school supplies, some burgers and connect with other members of the Educational Opportunity Program

Career Center Open House

Need a job? Access opportunites to earn money or to prepare for your career! We welcome all students to visit the Career Center to learn more about our services and events.

EOP Ice Cream Social

The EOP Ice Cream Social is a chance for EOP students to come together, enjoy some ice cream, and catch up with each other.

Peer Connections Learning and Memory Workshop

This workshop will introduce students to learning and memory strategies that, when used properly, can maximize their study time.

Peer Connections Introduction to College Writing

Students will get an overview of composition essays, research papers, and the Writing Skills Test, along with writing resources to start the academic year right.

Sing, Sing, Sing - Yum, Yum, Yum - Open SJSU Choir Rehearsal

Family Night for First-Generation College Students
