Frosh Orientation

(mandatory for all first-time freshmen)

SJSU is excited to offer a mandatory two day orientation program designed just for freshmen and a one day recommended program for parents. Frosh Orientation is overnight in the campus residence halls and is specifically created to make the transition from high school to college easier for you.

Transfer Orientation

(mandatory for all transfer students)

Transfer students must attend a Transfer Orientation session. You will receive general information about the campus and major academic advising. For more information check out Transfer 101, which is included in your admissions packet or visit the Transfer Orientation site.
