Advisor Development Guides and Resources

The S.O.A.L. Team knows how busy Student Organization Advisors can get and realize that they may not always have the time they would like to attend workshops or trainings. As such, we have created these brief Advisor Development Guides covering an array of topics to help you be more successful with your student organization.

If there is a topic that is missing and you think would be beneficial to the advisor community, please let us know at getinvolved@sjsu.edu

In addition, we have compiled articles and a list of published works surrounding the themes of student development and organization success. In your free time, consider picking up one of the following works. We believe that it will give you additional insight into our student leaders at SJSU!
