Student Organization Faires

Student Organization Faires are an opportunity for your group to recruit new members from the SJSU community. It is the perfect time to showcase your organization's activities and purpose while attracting new members. This is also a great way to meet and network with members of other student organizations!

For those SJSU students looking to begin their involvement with organizations, come on by the 7th Street Plaza to meet our SJSU clubs! Stop by the Student Involvement tent that day to find out which student organizations will be in attendance.

El Paseo de Cesar E. Chavez / 7th Street Plaza.

How to Participate

Registration Forms for Fall '09 Student Organization Faire [PDF] and the MS Word Format of the Registration Forms are now available online and at the Student Involvement office in Clark Hall, Suite 140!

Space is limited to 150 student organizations and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration forms are due Wednesday, August 26th at 5pm to the Student Involvement office or via email to Pauline.le@sjsu.edu. Each organization that registers for the faire will be provided with one table and two chairs. Electricity will not be provided for participating organizations. In addition, participants are not permitted to sell food, drinks, or merchandise.

This event is FREE to participate in!!!

Schedule

9:45am - 10:00am Check In & Set-Up (7th Street Plaza)
10:00am - 2:00pm Student Organization Faire!
2:00pm - 2:30pm Clean Up
