Alyssa Wong Takes on Sports Management
“Alyssa Wong is working toward a master's degree in sports management through San José State University's Kinesiology Department.

Alyssa currently works at the Timpany Center, a non-profit therapeutic facility providing a 92° warm-water pool and 102° spa, operated by SJSU's department of kinesiology. Graduate Admission Requirements
Graduate applicants must first meet the minimum requirements for Graduate Admission to San Jose State University. You qualify for Graduate Admission to San Jose State University if
- you have graduated from an accredited four year academic college or university in your home country,
- you have achieved a minimum 2.5 Grade Point Average (on a four point scale) in your last 60 semester units of study
- you have the required minimum or higher TOEFL or IELTS score
To qualify for admission to your chosen program you must meet the department's requirements for Master's level study. Many departments have a higher than minimum GPA and English language proficiency requirement. In addition, they may also require a GRE test score, a GMAT test score, or work experience.
