Silicon Valley Innovation and Entrepreneurship Scholarships Program

This is a $599,642 scholarship program funded by the National Science Foundation.  It awards annual renewable scholarships to academically talented, financially needy, and full-time graduate engineering students at the College of Engineering at San Jose State University.  The application period is April 11 through May 1, 2015.  See the link for more information.



The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi currently awards fifty-one Fellowships of $5,000 each and six at $15,000 each to members entering the first year of graduate or professional study. The California State University is now accepting applications for the 2015-2016 Chancellor’s Doctoral Incentive Program (CDIP). Interested graduate students and lecturers encouraged to apply.  The CDIP will lend participants who are full-time doctoral students up to $10,000 annually to a limit of $30,000 over a five-year period.  After earning the doctorate, a participant who applies for and is hired in a CSU instructional (tenure-track or lecturer)l faculty position will have 20% of the loan forgiven for each year of employment in the CSU.  Online applications for the 2015-2016 application cycle are now available.  The application deadline to the Graduate Studies office in ADM 146 is February 13, 2015.
