AccreditationUniversity AccreditationSan Jose State University is accredited by WASC – the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. During AY 06-07, the university will complete its Educational Effectiveness Review, including a Site Visit March 7 - 9, 2007. MPH Program AccreditationThe SJSU MPH program is accredited by CEPH – the Council on Education for Public Health. Our program has been continuously accredited since 1974 and received the nation’s first consecutive 7-year accreditation terms. We are currently in the final stages of Self-Study and are looking forward to the CEPH Site Visit in May 2007. CAMPOur MPH program is a founding member of CAMP – the Council of Accredited MPH programs. This group is critical to networking, resource sharing, and advocacy for MPH programs outside of Schools of Public Health. Ed Mamary, MPH Program Director, is an officer of CAMP. |
