Printer Setup

Because there are so many different ways to setup and configure printers it is best if you call us during our business hours for advice. If this is a university owned computer or printer you will be referred to the person or group that provides desktop support for your unit.

Please do one of the following:

• Call us at (408) 924-2377 during our normal business hours.
• Or, go to our ticket portal and submit an incident ticket into our ticketing system.
• Or, visit us in Clark Hall room 102 during our normal business hours.
