We are responsible for providing a variety of services to the campus community that develop and maintain positive, respectful and harmonious working relationships between employees and managers.

Our Services for Management:

• Interpret staff collective bargaining agreements
• Implement the provisions in the staff collective bargaining agreements
• Coordinate distribution of negotiated compensation
• Guide and represents on grievances

Our Services for Unions:

• Process and monitor formal grievances at campus level
• Maintain working relationship with Unions
• Monitor release time requests
